Eli was awesome !! I went to the O'reilly's down the road showed up 17 minutes before they closed and the door was locked and the guy inside said they were closed already while he was cleaning. Then in a hurry, I called the next O'reilly's down the road from the Location on El Camino. Real and the location here on California street. Eli answered the phone and told me. It was okay to come in at the last minute. He was nice and professional. I appreciate him and hope the owner sees the review. PS. Left the other location on El camino a bad review From 1 buismess owner to another thank you

Showed up 20 min before closing doors locked open sign was off. Called to let them know I was out side the door and i just needed a blinker light . He well I don't know what to tell you man I'm closed . I responded you guys don't close for another 20min . He said I'm the only one here and I gotta get stuff done so I don't know what to tell you.. I thought one of the things you have to do around there was your job , sell parts , make the company money during business hours . 🤔 I drove 20 min to get there. Didn't realize changing the trash bags from under the counter was more important then customer service or doing what they really hired you to do . Seals the deal for me Auto zone from here on out they always have what I need or can in a day or 2 tops . And there customer service has always been better .

Great customer service ! I needed some wheel locks for my car; I didn't know anything about different types of wheel locks which you could select--and they took the time to even speak to my knowledgable brother , who telephoned them from Connecticut, to secure the correct type. They are professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. Many thanks !

As usual, this particular auto parts store had what I needed for some minor vehicle repairs and servicing. All the employees are helpful and friendly, but one, in particular, has outstanding customer service skills. I regret that I didn't get his name. The parking is easy, the store is fully stocked and the area is safe. I prefer to buy auto parts at this store as the employees are consistently helpful and knowledgeable.

Cannot speak more highly of our time at this O'Reilly Auto Parts. We went in to get our headlights replaced and were helped by Laz. He was so helpful! As someone who knows nothing about cars, I often fear going in for car-related assistance because I just leave with a huge bill, but Laz explained things, clarified things, and didn't try to sell us everything under the sun. Thank you, Laz!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. Been to a lot of automotive shops but there were 4 employees on the floor and not one asked me if i needed help (the only customer in the store) When i finally walked up to someone they looked at me like i was crazy and asked if i needed help. Go anywhere else is my recommendation
